TILLY + TEAM – IM INNERN

Jacques Tilly is Germany’s best-known carnival float builder. He is building politically satirical cars for the Rosenmontagzug of the city of Düsseldorf. His carnival floats show current political developments.

 

These carnival floats have attracted international attention to the Rosenmontagzug of Düsseldorf. Many of his floats have earned both: great recognition and protests.

 

I was fortunate enough to be the first photographer to authorize the creation of the secret “Mottowagen” by Jacques Tilly and his team.
